Siege on Harrogath: 1x item socket (Act 5).

If I try and generate a map from the first 4 acts it works no problem (the first 108 maps): wine bin/d2-map.exe game -seed 409887176 -difficulty 2 -map 108 <- this works.

The Fallen Angel: 2x skill points (Act 4). I've run into a problem I can't seem to solve generating maps for act 5.

Lam Esen’s Tome: 5x stat points (Act 3).

Radament’s Lair: 1x skill point (Act 2).

Or you can go straight to the Arreat Summit and click on the altar.

Tools of the Trade: 1x item imbuement (Act 1). Quest Name: Rite of Passage Triggered by: Reaching the Ancient’s Way triggers Qual-Kehk to speak of it.

While these quests are not required to complete, they are absolutely worth going back and completing once per difficulty for their rewards.

60: Complete Ancients, Right of Passage (Act 5 Hell).

41 – 60: Grind Chaos Sanctuary (Act 4 Nightmare) and Baal (Act 5 Nightmare).

40: Complete Ancients, Right of Passage (Act 5 Nightmare).

25 – 40: Grind Chaos Sanctuary (Act 4 Normal) and Baal (Act 5 Normal).

Some NPCs are vital to the main Story, whilst others provide background chatter, lore, or Optional Quests. NPCs are non-playable characters that interact with the hero during the story. Anya can be found at Harrogath and can be used to trade Items or Gamble.

24: Complete Ancients, Right of Passage (Act 5 Normal). Anya is an Act V NPC and Merchant in Diablo 2.

15 – 24: Grind Tal Tasha’s Tombs in Canyon of the Magi (Act 2 Normal).
